About AI generation

This service uses AI to generate a preview image of the finished figure from the photo you upload.
Please read the following before using it. Placing an order means you agree to it.
This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
1. What is generated
The preview is an AI's interpretation of your photo, drawn as a picture of a finished figure. It is a newly generated image, not an edited version of your photo.
Hairstyle, glasses and clothing colour are read from the photo, but details may differ from the real thing.
2. About the resemblance (important)
Because this is AI generation, we cannot guarantee a 100% likeness.
Previews are free and unlimited in the sense that you can regenerate them. Please look at the preview and only order once you are happy with it.
We cannot cancel or refund an order simply because the result was not what you pictured.
3. Your photo is sent to an AI provider
To generate the preview, your photo is sent to an external image-generation AI service whose servers are located outside Japan.
We have confirmed with that provider that images sent to them are not used to train their AI models.
4. Likeness rights
If the photo shows someone other than you, you must have their agreement.
If it shows a minor, you need their parent's or guardian's consent.
You may not turn a public figure into a figure without their permission.
5. What cannot be generated
The AI provider's content review may refuse some photos. If that happens, try a different one.
- Obscene, violent or discriminatory content
- Photos judged to show a public figure
- Photos where the face is not clearly visible
6. How long we keep the data
We keep uploaded photos and generated previews so we can remake your figure or provide after-sales support.
If you would like them deleted, contact us and we will delete them promptly.
