Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all dealings between you and us relating to the service.

Information we publish within the service (the FAQ, the price list) forms part of these terms.

2. No account required

The service requires no account. The email address you provide at checkout is the only thing that identifies you.

Anyone who knows both your order number and your email address can look up that order. Please keep them safe.

3. Photos you upload

By uploading a photo you warrant all of the following.

• You hold the necessary rights in the photo, or have permission from the rights holder.
• Everyone appearing in the photo has agreed to being turned into a figure through this service.
• Where a minor appears in the photo, their parent or legal guardian has consented.
• The photo infringes no third party's rights, reputation or privacy.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• impersonate another person, or upload someone else's photo without permission;
• upload photos that break the law or offend public order and morals;
• upload obscene, violent or discriminatory content;
• commercially exploit the likeness of a public figure without permission;
• use automated means to mass-generate free previews;
• interfere with the operation of the service.

5. Design previews

Preview generation is free, but a daily cap applies to prevent abuse.

Previews are generated by AI. Depending on the source photo, the resemblance may not be as close as you hope, and we do not guarantee any particular degree of likeness.

You can regenerate a preview as many times as you like before ordering.

6. Orders

A contract is formed when you complete payment and we send you an order confirmation email.

Every item is made to order, specifically for you.

7. Cancellation and returns

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept cancellation, return or exchange for change of mind once production has begun.

Before production begins, you may cancel — please contact us.

If an item arrives damaged, soiled, or materially different from what was ordered through our fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

Nothing in this clause limits rights you have under applicable law.

8. Delivery time

Production and shipping normally take around 3–4 weeks from order.

Busy periods, material supply and events beyond our control may change this. We will email you if a significant delay is expected.

9. Intellectual property

Rights in the photo you upload remain with you or the original rights holder.

We use your photo only as far as necessary to provide the service — generating the preview, making the figure, and shipping it.

You may freely use the generated preview and the finished figure for your own private purposes.

We will not use your photo, preview or figure in advertising without your prior written consent.

However, if you tick “Show off your look” after generating a preview, you agree that we may display that preview (not your original photo) in the public gallery on this site. Whether to display it is at our discretion. You may ask us to take it down at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

We make no express or implied warranty that the service is free from defects in fact or in law.

Except where we have acted with intent or gross negligence, our liability for loss arising from the service is limited to the value of the order concerned.

If a dispute arises because you uploaded a photo that infringes a third party's rights, you will resolve it at your own cost and compensate us for any loss we suffer.

11. Changes to and suspension of the service

We may change or suspend all or part of the service without prior notice for maintenance, force majeure or other unavoidable reasons.

12. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms where we consider it necessary. Amended terms take effect when posted on this page.

Orders already placed remain governed by the terms in force at the time of the order.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to the service.
