Straight answers to the questions people ask most before and after ordering.

• What kind of photo works best for a custom figure?One clear, well-lit photo where the face is easy to see is enough. It doesn't need to be full-body or taken by a professional.
• Is the AI preview really free?Yes. Making a preview costs nothing and needs no account. You only pay if you decide to order a figure from a preview you like.
• Will I get a real figure or just an AI image?A real one. The AI image is only the free design preview — when you order, we make that design into a physical, full-color 3D-printed item and ship it to you.
• How long does delivery take?About 3–4 weeks from payment to delivery, including production and shipping.
• Where do you ship, and how much is shipping?Shipping is a flat $7 per order, and the countries we deliver to are listed at checkout before you pay.
• How is the price calculated?It depends on the product and size — figurines start at $65 — plus flat $7 shipping per order. Realistic style, two subjects or a pet in the photo change the price.
• Which size should I choose?8cm is the most popular all-rounder. 6cm suits a desk or a small gift, and 10cm shows the most detail and makes the biggest impression.
• Can two people or a person and a pet be in one figure?Yes — up to two subjects per photo: two people, a person and a pet, or two pets. Three or more can't be made from one photo.
• Which payment methods can I use?Visa, Mastercard and JCB cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus some local payment methods where available for your region.
• Can I cancel or return my order?You can cancel before production starts by emailing us with your order number. Because every item is personalized, change-of-mind returns aren't possible once production has begun.
• What if my figure arrives damaged or wrong?Email support@figmee.com with your order number and photos, ideally within 7 days of delivery. Once confirmed, we replace it or refund you, and cover return shipping when we're at fault.
• What happens to the photo I upload?We use it only to make your figure and for after-sales support. It's never used to train AI models, never published, and deleted when you ask.
• What are the figures made of, and how do I look after them?They're printed in full-color resin. Keep them out of direct sunlight and damp places, and dust them gently with a soft brush.
• What's the difference between chibi, anime and realistic styles?Chibi is a cute style about three heads tall, anime is an anime-inspired look, and realistic is a lifelike 1/7-scale style for figurines only, at ×2 the price.
• How do I check my order status?Open the order lookup page and enter your order number and the email address you used. No account or password is needed.
