How long does delivery take?

Why it takes a few weeks

Nothing is made in advance. Each item is modeled, printed, hand-finished and inspected after you order, and then shipped. The 3–4 weeks covers all of it.

Ordering for a date

For a birthday, wedding or anniversary, order with the full 3–4 weeks in mind, plus a little extra. If your date is tight, contact us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's realistic.

Tracking progress

Your order status shows each stage: paid, in production, printing and shipped. We also email you at the address you used to order. If a substantial delay ever happens, we'll contact you.
