What happens to the photo I upload?
Short answer
We use it only to make your figure and for after-sales support. It's never used to train AI models, never published, and deleted when you ask.
How your photo is used
- To create your preview and, if you order, your figure
- For after-sales support, such as remaking a damaged item
It is not used to train AI models.
Where it's kept
Photos are stored privately on servers in Japan (Tokyo). Original photos are never shown publicly.
The public gallery is opt-in
After generating, you can choose to share your preview in our gallery. Your original photo is never published. Contact us to have a shared preview removed.
Deleting your photo
Email support@figmee.com and we'll delete it.
Photos of other people
If the photo shows someone else, make sure they're happy for you to use it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
