Can I cancel or return my order?
You can cancel before production starts by emailing us with your order number. Because every item is personalized, change-of-mind returns aren't possible once production has begun.
Cancelling
Email support@figmee.com with your order number as soon as possible. Before production begins, we can cancel your order.
Returns and exchanges
Each figure is made from your photo for you alone, so once production has started we generally can't accept a cancellation, return or exchange because you changed your mind.
If something is wrong
Damaged, soiled or materially incorrect items are different — see what to do if your figure arrives damaged.
