How do I check my order status?
Short answer
Open the order lookup page and enter your order number and the email address you used. No account or password is needed.
Where to find your order number
It's in the confirmation email we send after payment. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.
What the statuses mean
- Awaiting payment — the order is created but payment isn't complete
- Paid — payment received; production will start
- In production — your design is being modeled and checked
- Printing — your item is being printed and finished
- Shipped — on its way to you
- Completed — delivered
